Late CE is for MLO’s looking to
make-up CE hours for from 2010 – 2022. As a licensed MLO the SAFE ACT requires
licensed MLO’s to take annual continuing education and when an MLO fails to do

is an MLO who is returning to the business as a licensed MLO where the
application process for a license requires you to satisfy any CE deficiencies
