As this course is brand new, anyone looking to renew their California Department of Financial Protection & Innovation MLO license in 2022 can take this course regardless of which California CE course you may have completed last year. This California 1 Hour CE course meets California’s requirement for 1 hour of instruction on California mortgage law and will focus on key provisions of the California Financing Law and the California Residential Mortgage Lending Act.
Keep in mind as of June 2022 all participants must have a webcam and show themselves from the shoulders up at all times per new NMLS rules! Students will not be on display to other students for entire show but must be on camera for Instructor or Instructors Proctor to verify attendance.
