Our Story

My Mortgage Trainer is a full service training and consulting company dedicated to educating, training and consulting of brokers, lenders, and mortgage loan originators throughout the mortgage industry.

How we started

My Mortgage Trainer, Inc provides solid training, consulting and compliance help and has done so for over 20 years. Our CEO is an ARMY Veteran and  he is all about serving!  After his Military service he joined the ranks of mortgage lending eventually starting a mortgage broker company. After years as a broker he transitioned to a correspondent lender and eventually worked up to a full mortgage lender operation licensed in multiple states. After selling his mortgage company he has since devoting his time to full time consulting to the mortgage industry.  His passion is instilled in to all of the staff at My Mortgage Trainer and that makes all of us ready to serve you!

Our Mission

 Our mission is to earn the respect of our clients by exceeding their expectations and providing innovative and lifelong professional training. We do this by truly becoming a partner to our clients.  We are here for compliance training, education, sales and marketing support and can even assist with licensing efforts. Our team can even build a customized LMS to deliver not only Consumer Financial Protection Act and NMLS required education but also allow our partners to upload their own private content.

Our Team

Meet Milo our My Mortgage Trainer mascot a true friend to all….except certain delivery drivers in big brown box trucks for some odd reason!  The guy to his right is our CEO, US Army Veteran who served with the 7th Infantry Division and Milo’s best friend!
