This course is a one-time requirement and
is only required for MLO’s who were initially licensed from January 1-December
31st, 2022. These five hours are in addition to the 9 hours of annual
CE already required for MLO’s (8hrs + 1hr of UT-specific). This course provides a review of the topics outlined by the Utah Division of Real Estate (DRE), which are required to satisfy post-licensing education requirements for mortgage loan originators.
NOTE: The UT-DRE requires any newly licensed MLO to also complete this 5 hour post-licensure course prior to their first renewal. In order to avoid any disruption in your license status, UT-DRE advises students should complete this course by October 24, 2023.
