Frequently Asked Questions

Immediately upon completing the course and passing the exam, your certificate of completion will be available to download and/or print.

So, you have already purchased a course from MMT, taken the online training, and passed the certification exam with flying colors. Now what?

Simply print a copy of your course completion certificate for your employer and keep a copy for your records. You can log in to your LMS account anytime to print your certificate after you have completed the training.

You can access your MEC course completion certificate by logging into the Mortgage Educators & Compliance learning management system:

1. Go to https://www.mortgageeducators.com
2. Find the “Login” in the top right corner and enter your MEC username and password.
3. Once logged in, navigate to “My Courses” or “Completed Courses”.
4. Locate your course and click “View Certificate” or “Download Certificate”.

If you experience any issues or can’t locate your certificate, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@360training.com.

You may have two sets of login credentials because My Mortgage Trainer (MMT) is now part of Mortgage Educators and Compliance (MEC) — a proud member of the 360training family.

If you originally created your account or purchased a course through MMT, those credentials are still valid for accessing historical course information.

Going forward, all new course purchases and webinar signups will be through MEC, which uses a separate LMS platform, requiring a new set of login credentials.

This change allows us to provide a more seamless and flexible learning experience while continuing to offer the same trusted content. Whether you prefer online self-paced courses or live webinars, you’ll now have more options to meet your NMLS MLO licensing requirements.

We’re actively working on new functionality that will allow you to seamlessly access all of your training and records through the upgraded 360training LMS platform. As part of this improvement, we will transition all accounts to the new system.
