4 Hour WA SAFE: Understanding Washington Mortgage Law Online Self-Study Pre-Licensing Education [Course #10980]

Course Format

My Mortgage Trainer, Inc. conducts this 4 Hour WA SAFE: Understanding Washington Mortgage Law pre-licensing education course in an online setting. Students can progress through the online modules at their own learning pace. The course utilizes My Mortgage Trainer, Inc.’s Learning Management System (LMS), which supports multiple browsers. Additionally, the course delivers its content in three (3) modules, accessible at any time. To enhance comprehension, the course incorporates case studies and practice quizzes. Following NMLS requirements, the class concludes with a final exam and survey. Upon enrolling in the class, participants receive a confirmation email containing login information to initiate the course. Upon logging in, participants must read and acknowledge the ROC’s agreement and confirm their identity through bio-signature to proceed with the online course.

This course will cover key topics such as the Washington Mortgage Brokers Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and the Escrow Registration Act, the Usury Act, and Unfair Practices. By the end of the course, you will be able to:
