TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) Compliance Course

This course aims to provide MLO’s with a comprehensive understanding of the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) requirements, mandated under the Dodd-Frank Act and enforced by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Participants will learn how to properly use the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms, which replace the former Good Faith Estimate (GFE), Truth-in-Lending (TIL) Disclosure, and HUD-1 Settlement Statement. The course emphasizes the importance of compliance with TRID to help mortgage loan originators avoid common violations and ensure borrowers receive clear and accurate mortgage information under the “Know Before You Owe” rule.
