Webinar and Live courses require a reservation for a student. For this reason we must receive any requests to reschedule at least three business days prior to the course start date. Requests to reschedule a webinar or live course made at least three business days prior to the start date will be done at no cost.  Requests to reschedule received less than three business days prior to the start of the course will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled dates are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. If a scheduled date is already at capacity another date must be selected.
