Let’s explore the MLO license education requirements in Delaware. Delaware requires individuals seeking to be licensed as an MLO to complete 20 hours of NMLS-approved pre-licensing education. This education covers federal law, ethics, instruction on non-traditional mortgage lending, and elective education.
In Delaware, there are no additional state-specific continuing education requirements apart from the initial 20 hours of SAFE education. Once you have completed the 20 hours of SAFE education, you are prepared to take your exam. No further education is required.
