Once paid, users who purchase courses from My Mortgage Trainer, Inc. will be provided access to their course through a secure login into our LMS.  For information on refunds, users may visit our refund policy page.  When purchasing material from this site users are limited to 365 days of access to the material from the date of purchase.  Since the majority of our courses expire or become outdated and must be renewed any NMLS approved coursework expires 365 days from purchase.  If the product purchased is Continuing Education(CE) or Late CE that course will expire on December 31 of the calendar year purchased as the course approval is no longer valid.
