New to the mortgage industry? Already a licensed MLO, but looking to obtain licenses in additional states? Pre-licensing Education (PE) provides the initial education credits for both federal and state licensure.
As a licensed MLO you're required to complete annual Continuing Education to maintain your federal and state licenses. While many states do not require CE, you must complete a minimum of 8 hours annual to satisfy your federal license requirements.
